I've been adding/editing playlists, pictures, and music to my iPod all afternoon and into the evening, and I'm loving it. Also, I don't know if you'll have as much luck with the Video version of your iPod, but I've seen a bunch of really nice cases for the regular and mini sizes at Winners (like your Ross... brand name stuff at discount prices) by fancy designers and in neat fabrics like leather, and colours for very cheap.

The first mp3 player I owned was purchased in 10-2003. That lasted until 08-2004, and I got a replacement since it was faulty. In 05-2005 I decided to get my Zen Micro. That lasted until 12-2005 when I accidentally dropped it and it broke. Repairs would have been $125 (the player itself was only $180), and I was already interested in the iPod Video.
I did some research and decided that it would be worthwhile to get the iPod, and I did--and let me tell you, it's worthwhile. Although... spending money on the accessories is a bit much. For just a case and the charger it's up to $70... Expensive, but necessary ( ... )
