That doesn't mean everyone should be a size two either. If you eat 50% veggies and fruits... you will probably be ok. That means whenever you eat, half needs to be veggies. If you have to make room for all those veggies, you have less room for junk. You don't have to suffer too much, just moderate. Oh, and keep a food journal. I've done it and it does keep me in mind of how much dessert I really do eat during the day. Eat veggies first before the other stuff. You'll find there isn't that much room. Also, don't have bad food in the house. And don't eat while you watch tv. It's helping me moderate although I really have to crack down on myself since I seem to be getting bigger not smaller.
Don't give up on the running. I've often had to start over on the routine.

But the site I mentioned claims there's lots of possible evidence to suggest otherwise, that most of the correlation between being heavy and health issues is coincidental, blahblahblah. Whatever, I don't buy it.
What pissed me off is how the bigfatblog is so anti-dieting and unsupportive of people who want to lose any weight.
