It's that time of the summer when the dragonflies are buzzing all over being good neighbors as they eat mosquitoes. I took over forty photos of this one. It came flying back to its perch repeatedly so I get just the perfect shot.

My gardenia bush is in full bloom. These two photos are of the same gardenia. Juannie likes the first picture better. I like the second one even if Juannie thinks the leaf looks "old and manky" but I think it adds texture.

These tiny wildflowers won't last long. I think they'll fade fast once it starts to get hot so I'm snapping away while I can. **edit** I found out what these flowers are. They are known as Common Vetch (Vicia sativa).
