There have been a number of great Olympics-related commercials broadcast, but none are better than RBC's "Mr. Muffin."

Last night, I had the distinct pleasure of watching the men's 4x100 freestyle relay "live" twice, thanks to NBC's unpublicized tape delay. One of the great things about living in Seattle is having access to CBC and their truly live coverage of the Olympics. Hooray for the no-bullshit Canucks.

Lou is visiting this weekend. He and his brother are doing a three-week cross-country road trip and arrived here late Saturday morning.
