I'm on the north side (Wilson St.), and it went off about 7:20 last night for maybe 10 minutes. It apparently went off again (but not for very long because not all of my clocks reset themselves) around 5:30 this morning, but it was on after that. Did you put a call into PECO?
Darn, I'm right in town off bridge and it's been off since about 7:30ish or later last night. I didn't, but I'll call to see if someone in the household did. :3
I don't know if it helps at all, but last night when I drove home, half of Royersford had power and half didn't. From that I would gather that the outages are "patchy" rather than systemwide, and that would mean that it's whenever they get to your particular fallen tree or downed wire.

On the (not as) bright (as it could be) side, at least it's cooler weather than it had been so that people aren't stuck in the 95+ heat without AC...
