Saturday was my birthday, I turned 30. Nothing special though, I don't feel better or worse than before. But that is just the point... I don't feel better. The last couple of weeks have been exacting, tiring... today I was supposed to do field work, but I couldn't get out of bed. Now it's past noon and I'm up for about 30' but I could have stayed
