It's been eleven months since I last used my meme tag, there are ducks outside the balcony quacking at each other, and I've got to be up in seven and a half hours and I'm still not tired.

So here are two time-wasters for you from years ago:

Hyuuga Hanabi plz~

1. Hanabi doesn’t want to be the Head of the Hyuuga Clan. She is equally unwilling to let Hinata suffer under a burden her sister is not equal to

I really like this bit: Hanabi works as hard as she can and carefully watches for any sign that her older sister will surpass her. because she knows the clan needs SOMEONE but damn does she wishes it didn't have to be her. Also the bit about fearing Neji makes a lot of sense, yet it's not something I've seen anywhere else. Shiny!

What's the solution for three? >.>

I have had far too many thoughts on Hanabi, who gets maybe ten lines in canon. XD Oh well, someone should care about her, and it may as well be me. >.>

Nothing radical (well, maybe it is, I have no idea what goes on in fandom). But basically to dissolve the different houses and give everyone the caged bird seal. It's the only sure-fire way to protect the Byakugan, though the branch house has done a pretty good job of it over the years. And to not have her father pass on the technique for inflicting pain with the seal. All he needs to pass on is the creation method, and really, who'd want to learn how to inflict horrible pain on someone when that someone could turn right around and do it back to you?

Tsuruga Ren!

1. Ren learned to walk like a model during his training days. He learned to walk like a female model on the night his senpai were drunk. And that’s all he’ll ever say when he’s asked.

2. Ren has a collection of autographed photos from classic western actors and actresses. He buys them and other memorabilia under pseudonyms and keeps them in a small apartment he has back in the U.S. He plans to retire there someday.

3. Ren hopes that Kyoko can--someday--put two and two together and figure out who he was and is to her. Because he’s made his own promises, and he won’t break them for her. Not even for her.
