Poll Spinny Things

When emptying out my spam folder today, I saw one that absolutely had to have been custom-tailored for me. What I could see of the body was like any other generic spam I'd received, but the subject, oh, the subject...

From the ceiling above one of the cubicle pens, a balloon noose, by which I mean a noose made from a long red balloon, is dangling. I think there's a suicide note taped to the ceiling beside it, but I can't read what's written on the post-it...
