In case it hadn't been pointed out to you - The Kink Aware Professionals list - lots of therapists on there. That way, you're calling around finding someone who takes your insurance, rather than someone on your plan who understands kink dynamics.

That sounds like exactly what I need... cept that in my initial proddings, fairly limited given the current setting, it keeps spewing the same listing at me in endless succession. I'll give it another go when I get home with higher hopes and more time to dedicate to the task.
