I had to google tylenol and it seems to be a combo of paracetomol (acetaminophen) and other stuff. When my mum was taking tramadol her doctor told her that paracetomol improves the efficacy of tramadol and is often prescribed together, in fact there's a vesion of tramadol with added paracetomoal (though less of the active ingredient of tramadol). Could be handy to know. Mum only stopped taking tramadol when she was moved onto low-dose morphine patches to give a more constant release of painkiller day and night.. She's very happy with them! :)
