OTOH, it looks as though there are people who have at least in the past agreed with aspects of his ideology, considering that the town could've saved a lot of fuss if they'd agreed to balance out property and sales taxes in the interest of the general welfare of the place...?
Augh. The Oak Brook man! Augh! What the hell? How is this man a lawyer? He cannot form sentences that make sense! He has apparently never been in a library! He doesn't have a brain! And as the person whose job it was to wipe tables and shelve books (in the terrifyingly confusing children's section), I was apparently being vastly underpaid! And I was still being paid, as opposed to the folks who sometimes volunteered their time and such to help out with that sort of thing.
That article about the library reads... as really skewed. Xinos brought up some good points at first, and then he devolved into this total caricature. I wouldn't be surprised if some of those quotes are totally made up.
Or he could be a total jackass. That wouldn't surprise me either. But I get suspicious as soon as I see the bad guy in a piece smirking.
Speaking of jackasses, I'm working on a memo and a case came up Jack Thompson was counsel for. I couldn't stop giggling.
I hope the Trileptal increase helps. We recently switched Rachel to the brand, as the generic was causing some problems for her. Of course, she's sensitive to those things, and most people aren't. She also takes a pretty high dose, at 900 mg twice a day.
I do hope your maintenance fella got back and fixed the other loo, as well. Always nice to have a working spare.:)
yep! he did <3 when he said he would too. she switched me to 450 which i've been on for two days so far, and in 2 weeks we're going to 600. so far nothing but it's been only two days i guess.
