Bulk vegan foods?

Here's a question. I'm on the exec board of a student group at Temple. In the beginning of the Fall semester, we want to do a kickoff barbecue thing. Despite the fact that I'm our lone vegan, I want to make sure we have some vegan options for new/propsective members at this event. (El oh el, I just realized that's a blatantly shameless plug

I'm told that Soy Delicious will just give you ice cream if you call and tell them you want to have their product at a party/function. Definitely worth checking out, as I heard it from a trustworthy source.
