larger craft hole punch?

i'm trying to find a hand-held hole punch that's bigger than the standard 1/4" size. i've tried Staples, craft stores, etc and all they have is either the 1/4" hole ones or the kind that punch out stars and duckies. my google-fu is lacking as well, so i'm hoping one of my local philly peeps might have the scoop on whether such a thing exists?

have you tried looking for a grommet punch instead? i'm pretty sure they can still be used without grommets, though i don't know how clean the punch would come out.

this one looks like it only does widths smaller than 1/4" but if you googled around a little more than i did, you might find one with wider options.

i did look at those, and unfortunately it would be tough to use with the materials i'm working with. it's a good idea though, thanks for your help!

It's kinda handheld and bigger than 1/4" I googled "circle craft punch"

unfortunately it's too big. literally, instead of 1/4" i need like 3/8"... like a hair wider. it's such a pain in the ass.
