Owie! An infected lobe sounds poopy. One of those things that ramps up from "mild throb throughout the work day" to "I just tried to put my head on my pillow and fire ants ate my brains."

Hehe yeah. Luckily a few saltwater soaks and some medicated soap had it whooped in 48 hours.
