Competition was AWESOME. We got first place points wise, but 2nd in our age division (I know, I know, it's confusing if you don't know anything about the dance world). Then when we danced again we got 6th out of 7th in seniors. I love how all of us don't necessarily want FIRST place overall, we just don't want to come in dead last. That makes ( Read more... )

Happy Fourth of July, everyone!

Justin and I went down to Coachman Park today at about 5. It was sooo hot down there. We had fun, fireworks started at 9:30. We pulled out of the parking lot at 10pm, and made it back by 10:30 due to traffic even though it's only about 5 minutes away.

Had dance last night... it felt SO GOOD to be dancing again! I missed it, even though it's only been 3 weeks since recital. I'm glad we're going to nationals. We're gonna ROCK! Sam and I have ESP.
