First of all, I have no idea why cooking is called home economics...I will probably ask Mr. Internet later.

Anyway, I went grocery shopping. To say that there were bargains would be an incredible understatement. It wasn't like you look at what they have as specials and think, "hmmmmm....let me try that." It was more along the lines of, "I need X. Ok

Once upon a time, Home Economics also included things like sewing. They were ways to "keep house" without calling in professionals. It would have been awesome if I had learned plumbing in school...
