I'm fed up with the job market here. I'm going to stay with family in CO, and if I find a job within 6 weeks, I'm staying there. I'll be leaving as soon as I can find a rideshare(my crap car will not be making the journey). Just thought I'd let everybody know. -
Want, really really want
I really want to go to Boise on Thursday to see the Hotel Cafe Tour concert. This has hit me right now and I'm very tempted to text people involved to say 'come to Boise w/ me Thursday' and 'or 'can I stay overnight with you Thursday, ps come to concert with me.' Werewolves and Samurai
I just read Moon Called by Patricia Briggs. I had it on my Bookmooch.com wishlist because I was interested in reading it, but not interested enough to actually buy it from a book store. Utah Shakespeare Festival, recap
Well, we saw the last of the plays today. The Taming of the Shrew and Cyrano de Bergerac. Shrew was totally awesome. They moved the setting to 1940's Italy. Petruchio was an American GI, Lucentio was an Italian-American on vacation(his father, awesomely, is basically The Godfather). Everybody in the cast was hilarious. So far we've seen Fiddler on the Roof, Othello, School for Wives and Two Gentlemen of Verona. Fiddler was awesome. Especially the lead, Tevye. Othello was just LONG. OMG, if it hadn't been on the first day of plays I may not have made it past intermission. School for Wives by Moliere was hilarious. It's a lot like a Shakespeare play, but more ( Read more... ) -
