Broad Bean Minestrone

This has quickly become one of my favorite soups. It's basically a bowl of fresh vegetables and pasta, and reminds me how awesome snow peas are.

All I have to say is "ewwwwwww lima beans!"

There's a world of difference between limas by themselves and limas in soup. They basically disappear into it! Try the frozen baby limas, they mostly just taste fresh.

I've had actual fresh lima beans and lima beans in soup - neither helped. Ewwwwww........
