Broad Bean Minestrone
This has quickly become one of my favorite soups. It's basically a bowl of fresh vegetables and pasta, and reminds me how awesome snow peas are.
It's based on sliced snow peas and baby limas, with onions, garlic, carrots, celery (the usual base), broken bits of spaghetti, chopped fresh tomatoes and tomato paste with fresh flat leaf parsley and basil. If anyone wants the recipe I'd be happy to post it.
