Buffy watched the dead people walking past her. At least, she assumed they were dead. Dead like she was. She hadn't found many of them remarkable to look at, until now. When she saw the prominent brow and the dark hair, she instinctively sprung to her feet. That face, she thought, should not be here. Sure, he was dead, but he wasn't...dead-dead. Right

He turned his eyes down to the young college age blond and- Again? Twice in one day? He took his sunglasses off and shook his head. If he hadn't met Angel already, all this attention from young women would lead him terribly confused. Before he spoke though, his eyes narrowed on the blood on the side of her face.
"Not Angel, Booth. Been getting that alot lately actually." he finally answered. "C'mon, you need to get that checked out."
"Not..Angel?" She took a step back, immediately considering the possibility that Not Angel could mean Angelus. But then, the name Booth was said and her forehead creased with the great effort of understanding exactly what she was being told. "You look a lot--awfully a lot, near identical to--a guy I know. Knew." Past tense, dead-girl, remember the past tense.
At the mention of getting something checked out, Buffy's thumb reached up to scratch at the bloodied side of her head. "What, this? Nothing serious. I heal fast--not that it matters anymore, I guess."
