It's gotten really cold this week, all of a sudden. I was wearing short sleeves to work last week, and now I need long and probably a coat. Sudden short rainstorms earlier today, but now it's sustained. The power's blinked twice already, so I won't be trying to do anything too net-dependent.

What can they do to you if you stay? This is not to say it's a good idea, but how do they enforce it? What happens to people who don't have transportation? Hurricane season seems to be starting early this year, so it's something to think about.
