I didn't like it. It seems to have switched focus, from Dean's pain to Sam's suffering, and I am not very fond of that. I wouldn't mind Sam suffering if Dean had a bit more angst during this chapter (I guess he does have it but it's not loud enough) but yeah overall I didn't like it.
