the voice on the phone was a backwards voice saying "go back to the island before it's too late." at least that is what I read on doc jensen's lost blog.

what do you think happened to Faraday? Dead? Some are theorizing the island move would also have sucked in the raft and moved it too. Otherwise it looks like he and the raft crew are boned and adrift in the ocean far from civilization. I hope they didnt kill Faraday. He is one of my island boyfriends. He is so darn sexy and smart. Yum.

I thought Faraday was being kinda flirty with Juliet in this episode. I approve of this. He is teh cuteness.

I have no real theory right now on what happened to the raft. Obviously it was not visible from the helicopter -- but wouldn't the raft have made it pretty close to the freighter by the time the helicopter was on its way back? They may have just crossed paths and not seen each other. The folks in the helicopter were a little distracted, after all, by the huge explosion that killed their friend/loved one. Oh, Jin. I am not ready to give Jin up for dead yet. NEED MORE SEXY JINGLISH.

I think Jin is well and truly dead. Daniel Dae Kim had that DUI bust. I wonder what it is about Hawaii and/or working on Lost that drives everyone to drink and drive.

Good Morning America showed the two alternate endings, shot in case someone spilled the beans about who was in the coffin. The two alternatives were Sawyer and Desmond. I doubt they would have gone with Sawyer unless they absolutely had to. I hope Faraday is still alive, because Desmond Hume is his constant, and they put enough importance on that that they really shouldn't let it just drop. Desmond is also a factor in the "Ben wants to kill Penny" plot, so I doubt he'll be completely gone. And I'm okay with his being important in only one or two episodes, if they're as good as The Constant ( ... )

Oh, and the best line was in that Ben Linus/John Locke exchange in the Orchid, after Locke's watched the videotape. You know, something like:

Locke: Was that really about what I think it was?

Linus: Time-traveling bunnies? Yes.

Just gotta love Michael Emerson's reading there.
