So as some of you know, I've joined the Gym about 2 months ago. I've been sticking to a very strick workout regiment since then. I started off running for 15 minutes and did some light weight lifting. The 15 minutes got me to about 1.5 miles. I was also using a curl machine and was started off doing 3 reps of 10 at 30 lbs. Yeah, so I'm really not having a good day. I wake up this morning and I take a shower, get out get dressed and get my things together.
