Doi has posted a letter danxsunday wrote to be posted after he died, and even if you didn't know Dan, you should go read it here because as usual, Dan says everything in the bluntest, best way possible. He had a gift for skipping all the bullshit and really getting at the heart of the matter, which is probably how he put up with me for the past five years

Also, that last paragraph in Dan's letter is perfect and so, so true and beautiful.

I had a bump like that some years ago, and it was ruled as a very deep pimple. It went away on its own. Don't fret.

Huh. It's weird that it doesn't hurt at all. I'm not really fretting... I have a list of about 10 things I need to talk to the doctor about. I've been saving them up, because I am poor and I only want to go once :P
