Its frustrating

that when I buy books from Loose-id I can only buy them in one format. With Loose-id, I have to pick the format before purchase. I am stuck with that format. After purchasing, it does not give you an option to download any other formats. Which means that unless I convert the book myself I have to re-purchase the book in the new format I want ( Read more... )

Download free program "Overdrive" for Kindle Fire. It reads epubs, no problem.

I just looked it up, and it is not going to be compatible with the Kindle Fire HD. Hopefully they will upgrade it.

Question though. Does it only work for library books? I have hundreds of epub files on my computer. They would have to be side loaded.

Thank you for telling me about this app. I'm going to keep my eye out and see if it eventually is upgraded for the HD.

It worked on all the Pubes I used it for, but I am not sure about files with Arms.

It might be the Nook that is the problem. It only happens once in a while. I get Little boxes, or double question marks, instead of quotation marks or some other punctuation.

I keep Calibre updated all the time. It is my next favorite site after Goodreads.

Hi Patty, as you may know I love to read. I have a Sony ereader (epub and pdf) and I love it ;-) But I have a question do you know if it's possible to buy an ebook at Barnes and Noble, is it possible to buy Nook and read it on my Sony?
