We didn't. Since we only had Wednesday to do as we please (Thursday being the wedding, Friday the plane flight back home), we opted to check out Balboa Park and the SD Zoo. Haven't decided what we're doing Friday morning yet though!

That's today. We're actually doing the wedding on the beach. Gotta love the weather!

Glad to hear that you're having fun!

Can't wait to see more pictures.

I'm hoping to plan a trip to San Diego one of these days...not this coming summer, but possibly 2009.

Now that I'm here and walked/drove around quite a bit, I can tell you there are some really nice hostels right downtown. Perfect if you only plan on sleeping there and not hanging out in a hotel room all day (and in Cali, who would?!). It's a beautiful city!!

Well, if it's anything like Florida, it's gorgeous in the winter, but come summer, it's miserable. Thank goodness for air conditioner! I hope you have a great day today, and safe travel tomorrow!

A friend who has lived both places (San Diego and Florida) told me that summers are better here because it's drier. I couldn't tell you though! The winter is pretty fine!!

I would love to be a snow bird...a winter that is a majority of the time 60s and 70s (40s at night, very nice!) and then somewhere like Colorado in the summer where it's not humid and in the 70s and 80s. That would be ideal!
