I finished Kailyn's quillow and pillow today!  Actually, started and finished it today.  I got the fabric out of the dryer at 2:30pm and I cut off the last threads at 10:30pm (with at least 1/2 hour in there complaining about how I so don't want to do this anymore until I get a new sewing machine!).  I really think my machine is on its last legs.

It looks really nice. I wish I was crafty. I'm still struggling with knitting and spinning although I can hand stitch anything. I tried to use a sewing machine once and nearly killed myself.

Well, I have yet to get the hang of spinning, so you're one step ahead of me!

Spinning isn't really that hard. Once you get into the zone then it's okay. But I don't get into the zone very easily. I've been in a major spinning zone like twice and made really nice and even singles....I guess it will come with time. Besides my mom's chunky yarn scarf is going to rock anyways. :-)
