i'd be interested....definitely. i really want to get healthier. i wouldn't be able to go raw all the way but i'd be willing to do maybe 50/50?

i probably couldn't start until the 15th when i get paid b/c i'm too broke to go out food shopping until then. but if you give me a list of what to get then, i will follow your guidelines! let me know :)

also, who is this ass who threw a phone at you? that is really dangerous. i'm glad you walked out!

ok, i'll get some recipes together for you and be in touch. i might ask you to extend a little past 50/50 if that's ok. but you can do it!

his name is juliano...and yes, it was really dangerous. just look up his picture, juliano raw food chef, a picture is worth a thousand words!

yea, if you provide the recipes and guidelines i can try whatever you want! i really need to cut down on things like bread anyways. i eat way too many carbs...

and btw that guy does look a little freaky, yikes. i'm glad you're alright.

If you dont need the person in town I would be willing to alter my diet for some time. Why not? Im not too terribly attached to it. :P

that's horrible with the whole juliano situation! i've always wanted to go try his food but forget it! i'm not going to support any of his efforts! who does he think he is? naomi campbell? you should totally sue him and use the money to help your business out! that would be funny watching him pick trash up on the freeways in a bright orange jumpsuit . it's been awhile since i've read live journal, sorry ! i am interested in the your raw blog! i've actually been trying to eat more raw foods. i've been buying raw snack bars. i'm in love with those larabars. lemon is sooo good!

I have put that situation behind me and I can find so many things to be thankful for when I think about not working there anymore! so it's great!

I'm happy that you're trying to eat more raw food! that's so cool and yes, those larabars are soooo good, try the cherry and the ginger snap...mmmmm

ya, info is minimal right now other than i'm going to write a book on how to transition into more raw foods and the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual effects that one experiences through the process. I feel if I share many different perspectives with an actual testimonial of the process, people will be more than likely to give it a try. I haven't seen a book like this so far and I feel it could be received quite well.

The blogspot will be started this week.

I'm also interested in joining in on yours! thanks for the compliment ;)
