H-huh? I don't comment all that often but I know I've commented more than 16 times... Does it only count a certain total number of comments back or something?

Some of the positions are weird. It has to go all the way back, some of these people haven't commented for years. XD; tsutanai says it doesn't count locked entries, but then I don't make that many locked entries...?
