My hotel is directly in front of the S. Zaccaria vaporetto stop, which is about 100m from Piazza S. Marco. The first thing I see when I walk out the door is S. Giorgio Maggiore and its clock tower, which I'm starting to realize is a ridiculous location for all those goings-on in JoJo (though no better or worse than, say, Cape Canaveral). Checked

It's not, but it gets a bit puddly at high tide - just enough to make pretty reflections. ^^;
