So, I feel like I've been slightly absent lately. I'm pretty busy right now, because

I'm still working with the autistic kids, which is GREAT, but ohmygod so tiring. One of the kids is 16 and about 6'5", and he has this Muppets obsession. He can draw the best picture of Kermit. At first I thought it was just some squiggles, and then it took shape,

Heh. Things are so much less interesting when I actually explain them, though.

I bought some cheap vest tops for the holiday which turned out to be totally translucent, so, you know, they were just right there. And I have a whole... bra issue. That sounds really odd. It isn't, I just... I don't like bras that much, so I had one that fitted me and three that, to varying degrees, didn't, and the one that did was a sports bra, so I can't wear it under anything even vaguely revealing, and of the other ones, the one that fit me the... least badly was black and looked ridiculous. But I bought a new one today and it works, just about.

I thought the Simpsons movie was pretty great.

Oh no, honestly, it's unimpressive to a comical extent. It was only for two weeks (tomorrow being the last day) and we're just volunteers, so the trained staff intervene if there's a hairy situation. It's rewarding, though. Except it turns out that my child is NOT sweet. He's a belligerent little gobshite. The insults have become personal now (he called one of the staff fat, for example), and he's throwing things, which would be fine if he just got frustrated and lost his temper, but he knows exactly what he's doing. Grr. But anyway, SERENITY NOW.

I loved the Simpsons movie, it was great fun. It was really just a feature-length episode, but that's not a complaint, because most of the episodes are so great, you know?

I can't believe I just called an autistic child a gobshite. Still, though. Gah.

As soon as I finish my read-through it'll be time for a Barrow-mania post. The man has so many lovely body parts, it's hard to have a icon to highlight each one. This is my new favorite, at least for the next five minutes.
