Fic rec!

 I beta'd another fic for Emilys_List (and took my sweet time over it, believe me). I cannot recommend it more highly. It's Cuddy-centric, with House/Cuddy and House/Wilson, but (for my money at least) it's far more about Cuddy as an individual than it is about ships, and it explores her character trajectory beautifully, from pre-canon to post.

The writer did a good job and stayed in character, especially making House the prick that he still is and always will be. I also enjoyed the incorporation of canon that has generally been forgotten and almost making the retcon from Top Secret believable. I thought it was odd that the Cuddy/Stacy scene didn't make clear whether Stacy knew about the one-nighter or not and whether Lisa had issues about it now that Stacy and House were together. Also, the line about him being a "British teenager" would have worked better IF House wasn't played by an actual Brit. I know that House isn't British and I know that the characters know that as well, but it threw me off because for a second I wonder if just possibly the author didn't.

Otherwise good stuff and I've left a positive comment.
