Hello LJ world! The bad news for me is that two people on my team are leaving. The good news possibly for you or someone you know? The company I've been working for since August is hiring.

Things to know: It's a small software company in Allston, MA. My team is customer service, but the sale department often needs people too.

Mine were much along the same thoughts as lillibet's. I do know one person who currently works in retail sales that has excellent people skills and could stand to work in a place where she could grow with the company. Is this the kind of job someone with excellent customer skills (she works at a toy store and doesn't ever kill any of the children or parents who misbehave!) and who is beautifully detail oriented (I've worked on shows with her before) might be able to pick up and run with?

I did, this summer! You haven't missed anything. I have just been very negligent about posting about it. During my first few months I was still feeling raw from unemployment and didn't want to jinx the new gig by shouting to the world : )
