[24] Treme
My first entry for 20inspirations! This was originally supposed to be a mix of different shows, but about halfway through it ended up turning into a tribute to Treme, which doesn't get even close to the love it deserves.
For anyone who hasn't watched the show, a quick primer: HBO series from David Simon, following the lives of the residents of New Orleans as they rebuild their lives after Katrina. Slow-paced, naturalistic, occasionally heart-breaking and at times, more like wandering around a city than watching an hour of TV. Oh, and also, the music is incredible.
I hope some sense of the show comes through in the icons, and, of course, that you all like them! Comments are always welcomed.
