If I may I'd like to recommend a book that might help you with your weight loss. It's by that lady with the show on BBC. I followed almost religiously for a month and I lost 30 lbs!

Well, if you want to lose that much weight, you need a lifestyle change and not just a diet. Whenever I preach about weight loss, I bring up Weight Watchers because it's manageable, gets results, and you won't feel as deprived as on other diets regimens. You don't even have to go to meetings - the online option is also available.

Wayne went from 315 to 250 in 5 months following the plan, and has been able to stay around the 260 mark by just being mindful of what he eats and doing some light exercise.
