Looks like PA is your best bet. Wegmans isn't located in the Eastern part of the state because of Price Chopper or Tops or one of them having a lot of influence in the area. However, if you didn't mind the drive and wanted to visit one in NY state, I have to personally recommend the Fairmount location for its service.
