Which Daleks were the ones in London? I mean from what point did the Daleks fall back in time? I missed that part of the exposition.

At one point when Amy is being all make the whatsit do the whosit and save the day, someone calls her Pond-girl, but I thought he said BOND Girl. Which at that moment would have fit.

I thought they were getting a little romantic when they're talking about the Doctor having enemies. A little OTPish. We'll see.

Don't the Daleks usually have to hook the Doctor up to some device to recall his memories before they know who he is? Why'd he expect them to know him by "smell".

I think 11's acting a bit deranged now.

I don't know - I couldn't understand half of what was said in that scene because Eleven bloody *babbles* unclearly! (I used to think David spoke fast, but at least he was clear!) I *think* he said post-JE Daleks escaped back to 1940s London.

Really? I didn't get that vibe at all...

No - sometimes they recognise him on sight...

I think 11's acting a bit deranged now.

Now? When *hasn't* he acted deranged??

Even when he's in a new regeneration?

Good point. But, this time I thought he was actually unstable.

Even when he's in a new regeneration?

Pretty sure, yes...

Good point. But, this time I thought he was actually unstable.

Well that's hardly surprising in the circs!

Moff is definitely in a harking mood. (Damn, I nearly typed Harkness then! o_O)

I don't like the multicoloured Daleks - but then again, I'm not six!

I don't think it's the Doctor who's out of time, I think it's Amy... Might explain why the TARDIS has been unintentionally late three times in three episodes!

And I know what you mean about Eleven!

I did wonder if it's Amy that's wrong, too, after typing that. It's all going to be in the finale, I'm sure. I think Moff is saving his overblown for that/them.

I really fight shy about saying negative stuff about MS/Eleven - he seems to have been clutched to many a girls fluttering heart in just one ep and hailed as greatest ever Doctor by others that I feel I'll be accused of 'you can't get over Tennant, you fangirl you' and although I do fancy the pants off him, it's really NOT that. I feel the same about MS as I did about Ecclescake - I'm liking the show, it's fun to watch, but he doesn't feel like the Doctor to me. Maybe that will change. However, I never really did get over Tom Baker leaving, so maybe I am just an old stick in the mud ;)

I'm convinced Time is bending around Amy somehow because of ye olde cracke in the wall...

There's nothing WRONG with not being able to get over Tennant. Anyone who says others can just STFU!

I did lol at the Daleks in the begining, offering tea, and being polite.

*grins* I think my friend has finally been sold on Matt Smith as the Doctor now.

LOL I NEVER thought I'd hear a Dalek offering someone a cup of tea!

I cracked up at that. A Dalek offering to make drinks? As long as it makes me coffee, I'd be happy.

I think the cracks are something to do with Amy. Maybe it's something to do with the two 'times touching when they shouldn't be' or however the Doctor put it in the first episode. Maybe Amy had absorbed the time dilation thingy as background radiation and that's why the crack is appearing where the TARDIS has been (and is what is causing the late TARDIS).

I noticed the Doctor forgot his own advice about tea (*points ot icon*) AND look where it got him!

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's the two lots of time, pressing together that are responsible...

PS. I think this episode would have benefited from a 4 20-min part treatment.

We got: look the Daleks are serving tea. Oh no they're tricking the Doctor. Now they're making new Daleks. Oh now they're tricking the Doctor again. But here's some Star Wars effects we didn't use in EoT. Oh look happy good thoughts save the day. Let's fly away now. Oops oh left the crack in the pavement. The end.

I would have liked it better if the story was developed more I think. Or maybe not :=)

Yeah, last week's episode could easily have been a two parter, and would've felt less rushed if it had been...
