I borrowed that phrase from myself - I sometimes call my cat "fur features" and I just thought it was the sort of snarky thing Nighy!Eleven would say...

I love his snarkiness as Billy Mack in "Love Actually" and his unfailing courtesy in "Notes on a Scandal" - I've tried to combine those two aspects for this and the following fic.

I really need a Nighy!Eleven icon!

Ha! Yep, it was the fur features line that did it for me too! It somehow seemed to tie with the mischief we might expect from the gentlemanly Nighy as Eleven! Can't wait! (obviously HAVE to but just jumping with excitement reading this!)
