You forgot?! Damn I wish I'd said nothing then it'd have been an even bigger surprise when it arrived!

I'll let you know. Poster itself was £5.75.

I can't imagine they won't release it on DVD - they'd be insane to miss out on the massive market (because I'm pretty sure everyone who's seen it would want the DVD too!)

All sounds very atmospheric, and well performed.
During the Q+A session, did you manage to ask both actors anything, or were you still trying to get over his thrusting and gratuous gorgiousness?

I'm glad you had a good time!

David wasn't at the Q&A - I think he'd gone to the stage door and then probably just went back to wherever he's staying while he's in Stratford. And no, I didn't get a chance to ask a question.

Isn't it wonderful how a live performance reveals things in the script that you don't see just reading the words on the page?

I'm also quite jealous you got to go with lj friends. I never get to meet anyone. :(

Oh yes! It's why I always tell people to go and see Shakespeare live - 'cos he didn't write novels, he wrote plays - they're meant to be seen and they make so much more sense if you see the action that goes with the words.

Aw!! *hugs*
