I certainly wouldn't put is past RTD. And if things from previous series are supposed to be relevant in this finale then it could all come together to be something like that.
I don't think all the Time Lords will come back (otherwise the past three series would be pointless) but I've been thinking since FoP that they at least some might be returning (although the reason I thought they were, was actually something else, but there have been other hints throughout the series) and as this series seems to be so fond of other Universes, and reality collapsing etc. a void ship thing would be an ideal way to bring them back.
Yeah, someone to keep an eye on the Doctor and take him down a few pegs with his "I'm a Time Lord, that's like the equivalent of God." thing (honestly, the way I talk about DW you'd never know how much I love it :))
Also, I've just remembered, I was about to post a fic when I remembered you offered to beta for me. Are you still interested? It's only three and a half pages long, and I'd be really grateful if you could read over it and check for mistakes.
If Gallifrey does come back then it'll be interesting to see the Doctor's reaction to it... I wonder if it was, in fact, shunted through a rift, maybe the one at the Medusa Cascade, and possibly ended up in an alternate universe (not Rose's, that would be too convenient).
Some Time Lords being back would be interesting (it'd shut up his whole "Last of Time Lords" emo - which has got REALLY annoying now!) *not so secretly wants Romana back*

I like it. I do think that the whole of Gallifrey will be back, but some time lords are better than none.
