Ha! The Kira one was rather sweet! I'm guessing that you were aiming for Renji/Kira before, but the Renji/Byakuya hints were nice too.

Love the Urahara one! He's both serious and jokey, and his destroying the perfect gigai he originally made is an interesting touch. Although making another one for Isshin is just "awww!"

Poor, poor Renji. *laughs* Ikkaku is so quietly annoyed.

I was going to do some RenjixKira, but the fanart made my mind explode with lots of thoughts of IkkakuxKira and so... yeah. I am so easily influenced. Do you see how easily influenced I am?

I'm giddy cus its all sooo good. And that last line killed me, Yumichika is like the ultimate uke role model now? XD God help poor Ikkaku, on the bright side at least his years of friendship with Yumichika should have helped to prepare him for being totally owned.

I have to admit, I'm looking forward to seeing what drabbles you may be inspired to write by the most recent chapters.

It's sad that my first thought when reading the text of Yumi's "Hi guys, we're well and truly fucked" phone call was "Gee, I wonder how Shuu-chan is going to react to all this," and it took me a moment to realize that no, that relationship isn't canon, dammit.

Renji, obviously, had been listening to that stuffed-shirt Kuchiki and his “bankai is for nobles, stay away peasant scum” spiel for a few years too many now.

Hee! That amused me, especially given some of the 'everyone has bankai now, oh how lame!' whinging I've seen here and there.

I adore your Urahara. He does seem like the type who wouldn't think that creating a device that could turn someone into a hollow might be, say, a bad idea until after the fact.
