Yesterday when I got home I was tired. I waffled on going to the gym but G convinced me to go.
Quick side rant: I still have not dropped a pound. I get that muscles weigh more then fat and my muscles are growing but I wouldn't mind a little relief in the weight area.
So by the time I got home, showered, and ate I was so done.
