after such a big lunch I'm just getting hungry now, so I'm having roasted asparagus and my just-made-up imitation of the garlic mushroom dip from the Cellar, which worked really well and which I'm going to have on crackers. and also on toast. and with carrots. and quite possibly with a spoon. wow. it's good.

fake sour cream (add lemon juice), truffle filling (add melted chocolate + flavoring), frosting (add flavoring + sweetener)...i've never tried, but probably fake alfredo sauce (add to sautéed garlic with black pepper), and i'll bet it would be good for a creamy pie filling too.
