Today I ran without my Garmin. (For non-runners, little GPS thing that tells how fast/far you're going.) I didn't worry about pace or time or minutes run/walk. I just ran and it felt great

oh how cute!!! a hummingbird feeder would be totally awesome.

they'd probably like the rest of your garden come spring and summer anyway, since you have so many awesome flowers :-)

you know, the sad thing is, we only have a very few that hummingbirds really like. MUST remedy that :-)
