I am now in my parent's abode. Since last night. I'm still not at all well. My voice has gone almost entirely and I'm reduced to whispering most of the time I try to speak. This is terrible! I love talking.

I'm hoping to get better asap and be able to go back to work, but they don't want me there until I'm fully recovered.

Cheers hun! Hope you're feeling ok these days. I don't really have the energy to read or reply to many lj posts lately. Bloody illness. It's boring being ill. I feel strange. I used to drag myself to uni when I was ill because I had to learn stuff and because getting a sick note for uni is all but impossible. But now I've been told by my boss not to go back to work until I'm fully recovered!

I think your boss is right - so make sure you take care of yourself. Don't worry about LJ, esp reading mine - there are much more cheerful places to go on the Net that's for sure!!!
