It's amazing how cold it has gotten so quickly. My nose is pink from the bitter frost and I can barely feel it. My toes aren't much better, but I doubt they're pink

Forgive me for breaking in in the middle of your conversation, but this is actually a good idea. I think this is a great idea and it would be great if we got the word around school. Dumbledore would appreciate the house unity, I'm sure.

I was actually planning on looking for you after class tomorrow! We discussed arranging a get-together. And it'll give us girls more time to spend together if you want to invite Dorcas to help. Maybe Dumbledore will let us use a bigger area to accomodate more people.

I appreciate this time of year, though I'm awfully biased because of my birthday and my favourite holiday being in winter, but that's beside the point! I think a little get together would be an excellent idea to raise some spirits.

We're really close to the dungeons though and we're always toasty warm in our Common Room. It's the rest of the school that's drafty. Not to mention those evil Herbology classes out in the Greenhouses. It's like walking through the frozen tundra get there.
