Things I have done recently:

- Discovered a meadow - with cows! - right in the middle of Oxford. Okay, yes, I'm sure everyone else already knew about Christ Church Meadow, and I had in fact seen one of the entrances to it, but I'd never investigated it. Cows! In the city ( Read more... )

enchanted oxford, sherlock holmes, reviews, food, it's really all about rda

Oh, no! There was an error. I just typed a long response and LJ ate it.

I don't remember what it was now except, Beware of cows! and

The A-Team movie really captured the sprirt of the TV show if not the painful cheesiness. I hope there are more and Hannibal will get the do his wacky disguise thing and be not quite so serious. But I thought it was awesome.

Grr, damn LJ!

The cows were sealed into a field, presumably so they don't take it into their heads to go out on the town, so I think I was okay... *g*

And yeah, it was a little lacking in Hannibal humour. When they brought out "the Arab", my first thought was "we're going to see Hannibal in that beard, right?" - but hopefully, yeah, in A-Team 2. :)

if they'd made one (or more!) of them female - preferably Face, just to give Dirk Benedict conniptions.

Oh, that would have been AWESOME.

I'm finding it all completely adorable - except for the poetry. Not even for RDA can I find that cute. *g*

In his defense, he'd had a long and lively and tiring day, and it must have been about 3 am local time when that item came out -- so, insomnia.

Also, we had just raised US$100,000 for Sea Shepherd. Hence the excitement.

I've noticed that when the subject is more serious, he reverts to something resembling ordinary writing. I think the use of textspeak might be another level of silliness.

OMG the A-team was awesome! (And I am still ROFLing at the ST:TNG ref - awesome).

You're quite right - it was sort of the A team spirit but better. (And OMG yes make Face a girl just so Dirk Benedict's head would explode)

I'm still all bouncy about it it was that awsome! Yay!

Oh, damn, I can't remember the ST:TNG ref - what was it? The whole thing was so loud and fast, I might have missed it. :D

It was just so great, wasn't it! I just wanted to go out and play the A-Team, like I did when I was a kid. *g*
