First, good news.
I'm getting married September 22nd, 2011. A (crappy) picture of my ring can be found on FB.
My novel is about 1/3 finished.  If I can continue to pump out five pages a day, I should have it done by early September.

My engagement ring got here today~ And it's not near as big as I was scared it was going to be (hate big rings, but I'd tolerate it for a claddagh... This one's the perfect size)~
Now I just have to wait for Josh to get up so I can wear it.....  5 more hours.

In the meantime, I have chores to do.

So my engagement ring arrives in the mail sometime this week (anywhere from tomorrow to Thursday. I'm hoping tomorrow).  I'm killing the day browsing wedding stuff online ('stead of cleaning like I should be doing).... aaaaaand it sucks.

The trip was horribly irritating.  As soon as we got there, Bob was like "I have to run errands! So.  We have a new kitten.  She ran up and adopted Josh when we got out of the car Monday night/Tuesday morning after chilling with EJ and Christine (I had steak!).  Her name's Adria, I think she's about 3 months old, and ,since weasling her way into our apartment, has decided to adopt me instead of Josh.  Yeah, she knows who feeds her. ^_ ( Read more... )
