I Loves Me Some Hollandaise Sauce

It’s springtime and I dig fresh asparagus.  I steam them and served them hot and slighty crisp. I also make a Hollandaise sauce to serve over it. It’s the perfect combination of butter and lemon, which I would happily drown my food in were it not for the health conditions that ( Read more... )

It's about 1/4 pound, right? I want to try making this and I'd rather make sure I'm getting the measurements correct.

Also: even though I rarely actually use them I like looking at recipes. Normally I just use them for ideas and inspiration.

Also also: you have a very interesting tag there about the baby oil. It's good to know there's none in this recipe.

Ha!

Yes one stick of butter is 1/4 Cup or 1/4 Pound or 8 Tablespoons.
